The $1,000 College Edge program includes the full EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment, a DiSC behavioral profile, a personalized report with a growth roadmap, one certified one-on-one coaching session, a custom development plan, and access to community resources and tools. It's designed to be completed before the student starts college for maximum impact on their freshman year.
Ideally, high school juniors and seniors complete the program before move-in day — giving them 2 to 6 months to begin applying the skills before they arrive on campus. That said, the program can be completed at any point, and current college students can join through the In-College Start program.
The Continuity Program is available exclusively to students who completed the pre-college College Edge program. Once enrolled in college, they can continue their EQ development at 50% off the standard rate — receiving ongoing coach check-ins, semester progress reviews, career EQ modules, and continued community access throughout all four years.
Yes. The In-College Start program is available to currently enrolled students at $500. They receive the full EQ-i 2.0 and DiSC assessment, a personalized report focused on current college performance challenges, one coaching session, and a semester-length development plan.
Completely. All assessment results and coaching sessions are fully private. Nothing is shared with parents, schools, or any third party without the student's explicit consent. The coach works directly and confidentially with the student.
