MAXWELL METHOD DISC

The Maxwell Method DISC profile is the application-driven version of the DISC framework, developed and licensed by the John Maxwell organization. Dr. Thurman, OTD is one of the few practitioners in the Southeast certified to administer both EQ-i 2.0 and the Maxwell Method DISC. He has used these assessments with hundreds of individuals, students, teams, and leaders across healthcare, education, ministry, and workforce development.

His doctoral work at the Medical University of South Carolina focused on the application of emotional intelligence in occupational therapy and organizational leadership. His DISC and EQ frameworks are embedded in the Francis Marion University Doctor of Occupational Therapy curriculum, where they meet ACOTE accreditation standards.
