Common Questions
When does the program start?

The next cohort begins June 2026. Enrollment closes when the cohort fills. Once you enroll, you will receive your assessment links and onboarding details within 24 hours and your scheduled debrief will be set before the cohort start date.
How do the one-on-one sessions work?

Your one-on-one sessions are 60-minute coaching calls with Dr. Thurman. They are yours to use at any point during the program year. Most students schedule them around major transitions: starting college, first semester, mid-year check-in, and planning for the next year. Sessions are scheduled via the TGG booking system.
What are the weekly group coaching sessions?
▼
Weekly group sessions are live, facilitated calls with all active College Edge students. Topics rotate across EQ skills, communication strategies, college adjustment challenges, peer relationships, and goal accountability. Sessions are recorded for students who cannot attend live. Group size is intentionally kept small to ensure every student is known by name.
Why does the report come to Dr. Thurman first?

The EQ-i 2.0 is a Level B psychometric instrument that must be administered by a certified practitioner. Results are reviewed and contextualized before the student receives them to ensure accurate interpretation and a productive debrief conversation. This is standard practice for all certified EQ-i 2.0 and DISC practitioners and is what separates a real assessment from a generic online quiz.
Are payment plans available?

Yes. For the annual plans, payment plan options are available at checkout. Contact us at support@thurmangroupglobal.com before enrolling if you need to discuss a specific arrangement. We do not want finances to be the reason a student misses this program.
What if my student is already in college?

The College Edge In-College Start Package is available at $350 and includes the EQ-i 2.0 Higher Education assessment, report, and one debrief session. Students who start with this package receive continuation pricing for the full Accelerate or Premium program. See the individual shop page for details.
